I have an extremely big loading problem. When i click on test game, i wait...30 min later, FPSC's loading is at 0%!!!!!!!!!!!!!
When i click, the program froze.

My Computer Specs: Windows XP 2002, Service Pack 2, AMD Athlon 1800XP 1.5 GHz, MSI Geforce 3 T1200 VIVO 128 Mo and a over-recommended video card.

Is there another way to solve my problem than change my computer's components?

That AMD Athlon 1800XP 1.5GHz processor may be doing it. I have a lot of over-recommended and recommended hardware except for my processor and I experience lag in levels.

Does it work on a simple test game, or even with a single prefab?
If you've got lots of characters in there, it can stall for quite a while and be very sluggish. Even longer if you're doing heavy light mapping.

Wow. I take back my statement about your processor. I'm not savvy enough to diagnose this problem.

If you can post a screenshot of exactly what you see when you are waiting (upto 30 min), it will give me a clue where you are. A single prefab in test game should be no more than 20 seconds on your system, if that!
