I have to say Col X is too "kind" looking. Even when he's shooting you, you just can't feel bad about him, and it's like he's not very interested in his job anyway.

I have to speak for Col X because he is a collection of polygons. Why is he not tough enough. You're saying he could not kick Duke's butt? Suggestions on how our ColX can be toughened up on a postcard please!

I recommend giving him an eye patch, like a pirate ARRRR, or No. 2 from Austin Powers and Thunderball. This will give him some bad-assitude. There's nothing scarier or more dangerous looking than a guy who's blind in one eye.
