Is it just me..? But the link "fpscdl@thegamecreators.com" to request an alternative download method [for FPS] fails to deliver...?

Sent a message through the support page [delivery section - c.52hrs ago] but had no response...? Guess they must be stacked with the workload...?

Is this normal at the mo...? I don't want to fire off more emails if its unnecessary...?
