i have posted many times this thread but i never get an answer exepts for some thoughts.
if anyone can answer me this please help.
Is it possible to get multi-segmented .X files or .3ds properly textured when there is more than 1 texture per segment ?

yes because the formats support it...
however as Pro doesn't support these features you will have to setup your own importers
