Is the DBS team going to write any plug-ins for modeling programs such as Milkshape, 3D-Studio, etc. to be able to IMPORT/EXPORT the .DBO format?

I use Milkshape myself, and I'd love to have "official" plug-ins to work with DBPro. That way I wouldn't have to "guess" on how to export and hope it works in DB.

There has been recent nudges to the effect that DBS is going to support one of the major 3D packages, and my money would be on 3D Studio Max 4 & 5

As soon as DBO is in a Gold state, there will be a Milkshape import/export plugin planned
