ey guys, i'm new to DBpro here. i've got experience in coding and in graphics, but i'm having trouble with doing 3d.

i know i shouldn't dwel upon the modelling until the end proccess of the coding. but just in case, and so that i'll have some programs ready when i'm finished, what can u guys suggest i use? for 3d modelling?

i've been using 3dsmax before, but i only used it for still images for web designing. i've tried animating and modelling there, but i still don't quite get it.

i heard milkshape is good... anymore suggestions?

i've got a good game theory in my head, wrote it down already, hopefully i'm going to work on it after march. gonna start practicing DB first...

thanks for your time! pls reply

Does blender have the user friendly interface like Milkshape does?

Blender is pretty good, I got it on PCFormat a while back However nowadays since using Milkshape I have never looked back I even have a full version of Max 5 for rendering and FMV, but still model my game models in Milkshape

Yeah, i tried milkshape. Eww i couldn't do anything. This is what I use to model for db, and it works.
Anim8or (basic modeling)
3ds Max 5 (finishing touches, animation)
Panda DirectX Export for 3DS MAX (to export animations to .x)
yeah iss coo. If u have question 4 me, then [mail]email me.[/mail]
