thats a pretty descent level maker! like the free flight, a feature most level makes lack in my opinion! also the grid and grid moovements, all it needs is a good GUI and thats basically it! there isn't much a level maker needs, you basically make all your objects and use a level maker to position and scale them, you shouldn't even need a texture tool (for a simple level maker). good job!
