Heres what i'm torrenting for those curious:

The episodes of course, not the movie. I don't have a chance other then torrent to see the episodes as BBC America is a POS.

Sigs blow.

Here's mine...

That's my Tetris Attack Clone I've been working on for a few weeks now,
it's almost done, that is actually the multiplayer screen it isnt 100% finished, networking should be done this week then it's all debugging and creating my own graphics

and it seems i'm the only person ever to have the tall taskbar, I wish I could find a way to move that blasted start button DOWN to the bottom half, or have a separate toolbar for all my toolbars...

[edit]
stupid forums, wouldnt let me attach my picture for some reason

I guess the people who look at the icons (myself included) will be disappointed with my desktop, if you look next to the systray though, you'll see 'QL' and 'G'. QL is make quick launch for apps, and G is for games. Not really sure why I don't use the quick launch next to the Start button though.

Neofish,

Well, I realised I was using a Windows Classic Theme/Blue wallpaper, and it wouldn't make an intresting screen shot. I have a patched XP theme system (Google it ) and so wandered over to http://customize.org and grabbed it... long story short, here's the link:

http://www.customize.org/details/39472

There's also another which I can't work out if it's an earlier version, or later in there somewhere, but I prefered this one.

You can bet I'm in IRC right now...

Here t'is:

I found this software called windowblinds (google it for more info). It lets you make windows transparent and make them 'stick on top', and also changes the themes. It's pretty cool.

eat much pie: What Firefox style is that (the icons and stuff)? Looks cool.

Hawkeye: on the prvious page, you said it was 'dumb' to have the default wallpaper. Why is that? (Plus the fact I've just re-formatted)

hehe. Apolgies if I offended you (considering you hd reformat) It's just that many (too many) people don't bother to change their default desktop, and looking at their icons gets a little boring at times.. Besides it's always fun to see what they like to have plastered on their desktop that they see everytime they startup.

Nothing personal, just a plea for less default-ish-ness

@ lightning studios

I'm using the "Plastikfox Crystal SVG" theme, and in the top right of the windows, you'll also see ForcastFox, and in the bottom bar you'll see FoxyTunes. I've got rather a few extensions actually (15 to be exact!)

Also, on the left of my desktop there's a Mac-esque shortcut bar (with magnification) called "Object Dock". It's also free and is pretty good. And the the WindowBlinds theme I'm using is called DinksDX Blue, but I modified it so the buttons at the top left are "keep on top", "minimise to tray", and "translucency". If anyone wants a copy, just ask.

Tis my desktop, at least for the moment. I managed to go like 4 years having the same pic in the background on every one of my comps. But since about 2 months ago I seem to be changing it every week, actually it's about time I change it again...

This is less a post for showing the desktop, and more a chance for you all to see the Start bar in Windows Media Edition (you lucky people).

Got my laptop back after Acer fixed a keyboard problem - and so far all is well.

I don't think the windows media centre start bar is that good, but if anyone wants to use it in Windows XP, just google "royale xp theme". Apparently it was leaked, but I don't know much about it.

I quite like it Mind you, I like the default XP Standard stuff...

I'm not a great believer in desktop customisation - I'm more interested in how well a computer runs. Believe it or not, but this P4 3.20Ghz laptop does actually run somewhat slower than my AMD 3000 (2.09 Ghz) machine, which sort of shows how efficient AMD processors are.

This laptop, by the way, has a ATI Mobility X600 PCI Express graphics card.
