Does the trial version of DBPro have a limitation that keeps you from viewing pre-textured .x files? Just wondering because my Maya .x exporter isn't working even after I double checked all the requirements and options. Thanks

probably more a case that your Maya DirectX Exporter isn't complete in it exportation abilities.
Alot of DirectX Exporters don't export the map within the file because most people don't understand the data setup and use an old version of DirectX (usually XOF)

well blimmy ... it was the Plug-in from the DirectX 8.1 SDK Extras

Those plugins really need to be edited first (reason for the source) ... but yeah Microsoft suck at plugins

If I knew how to edit them, I wouldn't bother downloading anything. I'll just use GMAX, I think ...
