Hello,

I googled "make money fast" and found some ads that "guarantee" to get you $1000 per day..

I clicked on one (out of curiousity) and watched a video..

I was kind of getting interested but then i thought "If you could make $1000 per day wouldn't everybody be doing it?"

Is there really a "miraculous" way to get money just by sitting at your home and doing absolutely nothing?..

Those people that claim that they get unbelievable amounts of money daily.. are they paid actors?

Peace

Sure there is. There are a few (very few) banks where you can deposit some money, and you can charge the interest. Depending on the bank's rates and the amount of money you deposit, you could get a whole lot of money quickly. I can give you a hand with this sort of thing because there is such a bank near where I live. All you have to do is make a transfer to my bank account so I can deposit the money there for you. I'll take care of all the necessary modalities, 100% risky free.

Yes. Find a dropshipper with some good product + Ebay = good money from home!

I can vouch for Leys--- he does great web design work.

Sure thing. I don't trust the mailman or my ISP (varmin keeps complaining about me sending e-mail about high-quality sexual stimulants) so I'll drop my account details at your house personally.
Can you send me money through WU transfer so I can get a ticket? All my money is at the bank accumulating interest.

Leys: I haden't heard anything for a long time from either of you. How finished is the website? You got paid $100 at the start of the project, so you really have no reason to say you were never paid.

So are you finished or not yet? I'd honestly prefer to get paid aswell.

Don't laugh Mouse, my buisness is very serious. I've helped many people from other countries make their dreams come true. There was this businessman that worked with me once, who managed to accumulate 80,000,000 dollars. Sadly, he died this year (horrible plane crash) and his money is frozen in a bank account in Nigiria. It will sadly stay there untill the bank claims it for itself unless some honest person from some other country would help me take it out.

Well i checked my scriptlance account, and that original $100 has been revoked from my account(assumed by him). I have been unable to contact him since...so im still trying to figure it out. On the plus side, i havent sent him the files yet, so until we recive payment, he wont get them.

Yes I know about that. He thought you had ditched him after no reply for a few days, so he temporarly removed the payment. The last time I talked to him I got this wacko story about how you were in some kind of car accident and broke your leg. So that's why you weren't online for so long. Just wanting to confirm if this is true or not.

You need to be in a foreign country to get the money. And it is not that simple, as there is an entire legal process that must be completed first. I need you to send me a copy of your real passport, home address, phone number, daughter's phone number (if any, unless she's under age or over 30), pie, and bank account details.

True eBay is a very good way to make money from crap... it's like a Del boy's heaven.

personally I don't like any of Ley's site work, just piss poor quality (imo); but then quality has never stopped people from hiring others provided they're cheaper than the professional alternatives and can get things working quickly.

You know what is an odd thing, was I was making about £25 a week with a simple frontpage and donation button. It isn't much but kinda weird how people give money no matter the situation.

.. I should put that back up, I have a credit card to pay off hmmm

if you actually have something people want to be there for generally they will donate a bit more, I mean don't expect several hundred a week; but definately enough to keep you in pot noodles for the week ^_^

Some people do make $1000 a day. They make it from people who Google for "Make Money Fast", and pay to join their scheme.

Guess it depends where you've looked really.
The websites I have go up and down more than a hooker just after being paid, so most of the time it's seemingly random people viewing them. Right now it's down again because of my creative issues with Internet Explorer.

Game wise, it's more a case of nothing I've ever actually made public. It's not like I go about the forums without doing anything, I mean although I've not released any full games; which c'mon lets be honest there are only a small handful of people who can claim this here, I do provide one heck of a lot of code that constantly help others to develop thier games and such.

That's the way I see it. After all this is just a hobby to me, so the only person who can demand I make a game is me.

Funny, the thing about that, most of the "codes" you make rarely ever work . I think the only proggy I've seen from you really is the GUI....

That raises the question, why make all these announcements (games, apps, programming languages, os, console) when none of it has the slightest chance to come to existence ("I have done it but not shown in public" doesn't count). That's all rather pointless.

Only thing you've released is a combined work with Kevin, that hardly constitutes as having breathing room to talk here... because there are a number of full games released that I've helped out with, either codewise or models.

Well, besides my contribution to PlayBasic, I had previously released two shareware apps and a game that was written for a RGT compo* (that excludes the things I wrote for the Atari ST). But I'd love to see the number of full games you contributed to.

* Well, I forgot the DBpro TPCs and the icon swapper for DB/DBpro.

Yeah id agree with that, each time I asked a question recently its usualy raven that finally gets it through to me.

I do conceed that the whole no game released thing is kind of annoying, id rather say he's done no games than 'prefer to not release them'.
I still would love to see Raven actualy make at least a small game.

We're not on RGT, I never saw such 'apps and games'
Also I've released a few TPCs, which I've since taken down cause I found them quite pointless.

So again, your not exactly bursting the boat on released work here.
And I only remember PlayBasic, and that silly icon swapper thing which a) crashed the DB/P application if you used anything other than 256 Color icons and b) is hardly rocket science accessing a PE Resource Table and swapping media.

That's not my problem. I haven't seen yours either. The difference is I can proof the existence of my apps and game.

Namely? I only remember one TPC you released. And by all means, you can't claim you wrote them.

True it's not that difficult to release more than you do. It'd be difficult to make as many announcements as you do, though.

If you could read, you were much better informed.

Accessing the PE resouce table... yes, sure.

Really? Oh well that must've been the problem, and not the DarkBASIC Professional Applications silently crashing.

Quote: "With this statement are you trying to indicate that you know how to do it?
*cough*
Accessing the PE resouce table... yes, sure."

If you didn't update the Resource Header and Table, then that would explain why it crashed so much. Not that I can even see how it'd be possibly to change it any other way, than altering the Windows Link data but that mean mean having to have the Icon in the same directory as the executable. Which kinda defeats the entire point, any retard can change that via a right-click.

Quote: "Namely? I only remember one TPC you released. And by all means, you can't claim you wrote them."

? Which is it.. sorry but it just sounds like your trying to insult me rather than 'prove' your point. Kinda becomes like a broken record.

Quote: "That's not my problem. I haven't seen yours either. The difference is I can proof the existence of my apps and game."

But it's my problem you've not seen mine? Yeah that makes sense.

..

sorry but that's all just pure assumptions really, and rather than trying to prove anything your just throwing insults. I couldn't care less what you have and haven't done. Just a simple fact that from my point of view all I've seen from you;

PlayBasic - Created with Kevin Picon who quite frankly has proven his programming abilities on here time and time again.

and an Application to swap the Icon that caused crashes unless you used very specific icons.. although what your trying to claim is this problem is entirely my fault for not reading the instructions on how to use such a complicated application.

if you'd done you job properly then all the user should need to do is click to browse, the click to swap.

you want to actually be known for more than just being the resident 'Delphi' nutcase, perhaps you should actually bother contributing to the community in a way that people appreciate rather than simple attacking users you don't like.

because from my perspective that's about ALL you've done for the past year, is get on my case constantly. I'm growing extremely tired of it, as I'm sure are many of the other users around here.

You've taken a perfectly simple thread and simply attacked me out-right from the get go. your like some pathetic vulture who just flys around waiting to make jabs when you see an opening. Yeah, I totally see how THAT helps the community.

Very proud indeed.

Don't look at me like that!

Some of us never release anything because we never complete anything near releasing because we have the attention spans of a Autistic Emu, thus losing interest in any projects past the design stage and start of an engine of sorts, then just go off to idle in the IRC room of a programming language he seldom uses...

... Or maybe just me.

I've estimated it would of taken me 100 years to complete pong... aren't I glad Alan Alcorn and crew did it first.

haha.. true, but an equally annoying problem is you'll be trying to achieve something which works perfectly in another language but for some damnedest stupid reason it won't in DBP without serious alterations.

I mean it is kinda silly to bring up but while I might not've released much, the fact kinda does remain that I am using DBP daily (if you don't believe me then I'm sure MikeJohnson will be happy to vouch for that with a stern letter from his lawyer telling me i have to keep atleast 2 traceroutes from his MSN ), and I am constantly contributing code all over the place.

So what does it matter if I've ever release more than functions and screenshots? Atleast I'm using what I paid for, rather than hanging around for forums while strictly developing in other languages.
