I am able to rotate my model everyway except for the way I need! I need to be able to have one end of my model remain stationary while the other end moves up or down. Imagine a windmill's fins. I need to rotate the model around a point. Any help? Thanks everyone.

When a model is made it has a pivot point around which it rotates.

Open up the model in a modelling package & change the object's pivot location.

OK heres how to rotate.
Make sure NumLock on your keyboard is off.
all the buttons on the numpad will move or rotate in some manner
try it and find out what u want.
if u want a slower rotate, hold shift while u press the rotate button
