How would you feel if this teen was a rather insecure person in general and the reason they have bandaids and that one of them fell is that they have so many of them because they have abusive parents but nobody knows about it and they're too frightened to tell someone about it? Then somebody sues them for accidentally dropping a bandaid in their food while trying to make a living probably to pay for some parent's booze in the evening. So BK has to pay you money and is pissed off so they fire this kid and they go him and get beat within an inch of their life for not bringing home booze money.

Personally I'd feel like a jackarse.

The kid should be fired if they know which kid it was and it wasn't just an accident and if abuse is the case for the kid he should sue his parents. Yes, I child can sue because of abuse, especially if it gets them fired for open sores. If he's scared it's his problem. Grow a pair and step up to the plate I say.

Only in America...and everyone else that's picked up on their blame culture.

Wouldn't the world be a nicer place if people didn't try to convert petty incidents into hard cash?

If I was BK, or the recipient of a bandaid in a nugget, I'd consider a £10.00 voucher enough by way of an apology. S**t happens, get over it and stop wasting your life being so tight and money-grabbing.

well isnt asking for anything more than a refund being money grabbing :p, well probably 10% of all shops in this world are fast food *cough* restaraunts, these companys deserve to get sued for every penny they can, if theres a building available in some highstreet sure some usefull starting company could move there and provide a decent service but these too rich companys trying to maximize there profits off our food culture get it simply because they can afford to. if it was an ideal world i think there should be a sortof like vote for what company gets the plot.
