well it was coded in DBP and well it uses the DBP biased features and well exporting DBC would be silly, I agree it has been forgotten, but well I find its good enough support for learning it and getting awesome games out of it anyway. DBP is for people who take a slightly more expensive and easier route and higher quality.

@Kangaroo, shouldn't be too stressed, no one ever meets deadlines if you don't make it, its only one day out

Yeah, but this is EA. They're not exactly friendly with slipped deadlines.

Well anyways. Should be interesting finally getting to see this. Been in development how long now? 2years on/off. Been wondering if you were still working on it.

ahhh its EA, not as if they're big or anything, but true, as Hans Blix on team america said

'or we will be very very angry with you and write you a letter of how angry we are'

and if its resorts to thay 'Oh no!!!' Kangaroo can just resort to feeding the EA representative to the sharks, showing how scary caring about a slight of deadline is.....

Don't ask, it was random

Replace the word 'letter' with 'lawyer' and that he would be angry with 'refusal to pay subsidies'

Hi everyone I'm really REALLY sorry about missing the deadline, I'm currently typing from a friends house, I had to take a sudden trip (family matters, won't get into too many personal details)

I'll be back home on monday so I promise I'll upload the demo then!

I have limited time on this pc, but I#ll try and answer questions

The Nerd
"I have to admit... THIS LOOKS AWSOME! Sure i'm going to check out the demo tommorow May i even add that some of the features looks more promising than fpsc? Like realtimelight, ragdoll, vehicle support and terrain!"
Thank you Yup they are all in there, allthough this is far from a finished product as I said before. Its certainly good to play about with them tho

Zotoaster
"why can u only get it if you have dbpro installed, what about dBC.... i think its been forgotten"
It doesn't need dbpro, it will work fine without it! But if you DO have dbpro you can export to code. The code won#t work with DBC although certain functions may be compatible with it.

Seppuku Geijutsu
"@Kangaroo, shouldn't be too stressed, no one ever meets deadlines if you don't make it, its only one day out"
Lol thanks. I HAD made a resolution to myself NOT to miss any deadllines and just release "as is" unfortunately I didn;t know I#d have to take this trip, those are the ties of having kids lol

Raven
"Should be interesting finally getting to see this. Been in development how long now? 2years on/off. Been wondering if you were still working on it."
Ah hi Raven! Great to see you're still here. Lots changed since you laast saw this, it#ll be nice to hear your opinions on it

"ahhh its EA, not as if they're big or anything, but true, as Hans Blix on team america said"

Lol sorry I should point out by EA I meant "Early Adopter" like FPSC not "Electronic Arts" I am publishing this off my own back. I initially had a deal with a [publishing company but decided to gop it alone after I restarted the program. I don't think Electronic Arts would like a game making product, might reduce their sales!

Sorry haven't time to answer more questions but I promise I'll be back on Monday and will upload the demo and website. Its really kewl and ready for use, I was very dissapointed not to be able to release it but honestlly my family life is going crazy atm! will be home monday with or without the kids and wife tho lol

Many thanks for baring with me, Sam

@Kanga, I knew it was something sudden, but only if it was the suprise holiday rather than family matters, hope all is well, or if not hope all will be well, as for EA, my bad, I never catch on all these appreviations, which is why I 3D model, I don't even know what NURBS stands for, just know what it is lol.

And well don't worry about the deadline, you won't have EA chasing you, otherwise you could sue them

Non-Uniform Ration Bézier Spline/Surface ... iirc, not actually had to use the official term in almost a decade so probably wrong.

Well anyways back to the subject at hand. Once you've sorted out the upload let me know. I still have the same Yahoo! as I used to.

Busy Busy today still web-developing. Hopefully later tonite I will have the website system I wanted finished. Been making more decisions than usual to 'make do', simply cause I want something done.

Argh I'm quite literally going insane!

Last night I tried uploading as I said. I literally have not been to sleep since and have been constantly bug fixing as once it wasn't in dbpro and was reading from my internal files all the rotation and collision went hay wireand I couldn't work out why. So tired and frustraed that I got thiiiiiiiis close to throwing the pc out the window!

However most is now fixed literally 24 hours solid coding and still not quite finished, I have temporarily disabled the vehicle physics and removed a few buggy models, but all the fps stuff is back in line. I'm so tired and tempted to go to bed, BUT after all this blummin work I want to see the results, so I'm gonna stick it out till its done... Wish me luck! *thinks "why oh why did I post before it was uploaded" and bangs himslef on head *

Ah well, after solid concentration and days with no sleep, at least I get the benefits of hallucinagenic visions. The purple bunny is helping me code...

its great, couldn't do much, ran to slowly (plus there was a movie on TV, then a second movie, mwahahahahahaa steven king....the effects were funny though )

It ran slowly due to my card, good thing I'm getting a new one, I'm suprised actually, it ran FPS creator demo almost smoothly (although it kept crashing in places, FPSC that is) well I'll look forward to trying it out with a new graphics card

Well... I have to say that it ran very slowly on my computer too:s It took ages to put just one tile of ceiling. And pretty much everything else ran slowly too:-( And i don't got a bad card.

I got :

512 mb RAM

Graphic card : RADEON 9500 PRO/9700 it got 128 mb

Processer : Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 2.53GHz

And even fpscreator EA is running like it should on that specs.

It's been running pretty well on my 256 MB of RAM, Pentium 3 600 MHZ, and Nvidia TNT2 with 32MB, so I can't imagine why it would be slow on the specs you have The Nerd...
