Actually I agree with TDP. I did regular routines of 3 sets of 15 reps, for about 10 different exercises for upper and 10 for lower. Some people do it every day, but you have to make sure you don't work out the same muscle in consecutive days. Therefore you could do your upper body one day, lower the next, then upper, lower, etc.

I used to do this in high school, and then this year my wife and I joined a gym and that's what I was doing before I got this difficult job. It's definitely the best way to gain muscle.

Running I find is the most realaxing and slimming exercise you can do. If you want to stay fit run. I mostly sprint and race. Sometimes I run long distance though.

I forgot to mention I do many 12oz curls per day. Usually about 7 per set and 12 sets per day.

Nah it was one hole... I was so happy though, I managed to get on the green from about 150 yards away, afaik... Which I was pretty pleased about, Although my dad says my swing is wrong.. I say he should learn from the pro, he allays hits it into a lake or something, and then tried to fish it out for half an hour

I walk from the TV to the fridge and back

But in all seriousness, I like swimming and messing around with pretty much anything you can pull behind a boat (Lake Powell rocks!) Also, my job keeps me moving.

I jog and do summer conditioning for soccer, play baseball, basketball and soccer depending on the season, ultimate frisbee is fun, I like to windsurf and wakeboard/tube and swim (I love the water) and rock climbing is always fun too. We have a bowflex downstairs so I try to utilize that. I snowboard in the winter too

Im good looking, like a pirate

Personally, I go out and jog sometimes, past that not much else. Except every once in a while I'll pull out my longbow and go fire at things in my backyard.

That, and on Saturdays, I'm commonly found lifting weights via the dishes I carry around at my dishwashing job...for eight hours straight ><

B) Main Body....

Swirl around on my chair for at least 30 mins a day

I don't play it often but Golf rocks, sort of a family thing with all the males from my grandfather on down, going out to the golf range when there's a big family vacation. One of my friends' dad owns a couple of golf courses around here, fun stuff.
