has nice effects and cne unrape models. any thoughts?

paint doesnt do .tga or .dll files. itll work fine, but then you need another program to export. personally, Adobe photoshop elements work great for me- cheaper, but it still saves to .tga and works fine for all my needs.

Why do today what you could have someone else do?
