DB or DBPro? DB will tell you when it loads up (in the bottom left corner).

DBPro there are only 2 versions - the installed release straight from the CD-ROM and the Patch 1 version. If you don't remember installing Patch 1, you're still on the install release. There isn't an easy to find version number, but I'm sure with a little detective work on the "last modified" dates of the core DLLs you can find it out quite easily.
