ohh yes i have already the Panda plugin but it only export
i have another plugin "Xporter" that can import but it don t import correctly the animation when i try to load in max a character file
for example AIKO.X

Try downloading the Directx 9.0 SDK update August 2005, it comes with a .x file plugin for both max and Maya.

You can get it from here but you'll need a legit copy of windows otherwise you can't download it.
