Hi all,

We released a new small DBPro demo today. It's in the Downloads area of this site and just shows-off a 2D scrolling trick in Pro based on the classic Shadow of the Beast game from the Amiga.

We'll have a brand new demo for you tomorrow as well (much longer, lots of 3D and impressive!)

Cheers,

Rich

Anyone else get that? (so far it's 4 vs. 1 (Raven being the 1))

Cheers,

Rich

I was wondering, if i create a good demo will you be able to put that on the downloads section?

Ah! I thought we had to have an "http://" at the beginning of a url tag, but it seems it has added another!

Maybe you should add that too your list rich, when people finally figure out they have to put an http in the address, you fix it so they don't have to. Go figure eh?

If you click on the href code it places href code AND http://, so you only have to put www.blablabla behind that.

Ahh memories !!

I loved Shadow of the Beast on the Amiga / Atari ST.

Works perfectly here as well, and man is the scrolling ever smooth.

might be my drivers ... i'm on 41.09 or might be the Mx range, cause the Go! is just the laptop version of Mx isn't it?

i always have Anistrophic Filtering 2x on and Texture Filtering - perhaps thats it.

which is a point, i can't believe that Wipeout isn't on a timer based routine ... its so odd of any games post-95 to NOT be based on a timer to prevent the game running to fast.
