It is early Christmas morning 2005. A small team of CIA agents is monitoring terorest activities from a base in northern alaska.
They have found something.
A small town has a sudden nucular blast.
The radation screens clear only to reveal figures with hi radation levels.
The team zooms in closer untill visual displays are possible.
The figures are about human size, but mutulated.
They carry dual barrel shotguns, large gataling guns and strange looking rifles

The dawn of the Third world war has broken.

On november 14th 2005 Total War 2005 will become the newest totaly multiplayer game of modern warfare. You can play as a special USMC unit built to wipe out the terorests newest and deadly weapon, radioactive humas, or as the terorests themselves. With a large range of weapons and an evergrowing bank of maps, this game is sure to be one of the best on your shelves.

Sorry ^^

Multiplayer doesn't mean on-line for me..
since people can play with joysticks or even at the same keyboard..
And play against computer is multiplayer for me as well..
since computer is playing.. (Some console games have "Multiplayer" option..
But it doesn't mean you're gonna play on-line.. you can play with your friends or computer's bots)..

Anyway..
I think this feature will not 'damage your game.. you seem to know what you're doing

So I will keep the eyes here..

Well, this is made with FPSC is it not? So why is online multiplayer not an option?

Looks good so far, get some more info up as soon as possible though . I'd like to see an actual full game released from FPSC.

This IS made in fpsc V1. And can tell from the screenshots
So this should not be in the WIP board. But it should be in the Showcase board on the fps creator forum.

No Why do you think they created a showcase for fps creators games then?

also there we're a quite big discussion about how annoying it would be if people posted there fpsc games here Do you really think that it's fair to post fps creator games here when it's really for programmed games? Peoples are actually working hard to get there programmed games in here. You can't just come and post a drag and drop here really.... Why do you think everyone else are posting there fpsc games in the fpsc showcase?

Look at this board. How many fpsc games do you see? Now..... Look at the Fps Creator showcase. How many fpsc games do you see there? See?

does that make any sense to you?

I would say that if you created the media then go ahead and post your FPSC game here...

but if you are using media from FPSC then it would be better if you just posted in the FPSC showcase...

I've seen tons of people getting flamed in here for posting non-DB/DBPro games, but since it's FPSC, it's ok? I agree with The Nerd. This should be in the FPSC Showcase... I guess that's what it's there for...

i don't see any of hes own media in those screenshots
But still. Even if he has hes own media in it. Then what? What about the programming?
I know there's a scriptsystem. I would say that it was okay to post an fps creator game in here if you use your own scripts and media Make it unique. That's what it's all about when it comes to fps creator games really.

Sorry, sometimes I just can't leave it alone... But I think you're right...
Yeah, he just took all of the FPSC media, glued it together with the editor.
This should be moved to the FPSC Showcase...

ya... the fence in the outdoor screenie on top of the cellar segments are custom I SUPPORT YOU CHRIS! this is perfectly fine if he posts his WIP here.. u DB/DBPRO people dont understand that FPSC is an open source drag and drop game engine. u can customize everything about the game. so its fine if he posts here

its actually not, this forum is ment for dbc/dbp games, not for FPSC games. We dont post in your showcase area either, as it would simply be unfair as well. DBPRO games look alot better then FPSC games when programmed well

this is also vica versa, for a dbpro game to be here you need at least 50 or more hours to work on it to get a decent game. with fpsc you can drag and drop a complete game together in less then that, thus making it unfair to us to post your games here.

Its very easy, both programs have their own boards, stick with them

maybe unfair to ur eyes but...... notice FPSC SHOWCASE has a FPSC part to the word... WIP doesnt say anything about DBPRO/DB or FPSC meaning u can put any computer game related WIP here

Go to entities, click furnitureb, find the object "structurale". And VOLIA! The all mighty fence that chris uses this means that it isn't comstume...... right?

What? I don't know what FPSC is??? Well. I own it. what more can I say. And you're not serious calling this open source? And what scripting is there in an online game!? You just have to put some walls, floors, ceilings and ammo. The rest is up to the players. It IS drag 'n drop.
And that's the reason it shouldn't be here. And as The Nerd says...

have you heard of the FPSC scripts??? ya..... minor coding.... minor **"coding"** . still coding, and even if it is drag and drop like i said in earlier postts ... you can still create and animate ur own custom models just like dbpro... guess what.... FPSC was made in DBPRO and the nerd. that isnt the one he used, notic structurale is a solid dark colored object and his is an almost transparent segment or entity. man..... ur gettin told off by a 13 year old

Maybe it's you that ain't clever. Did you know that the solid texture is being converted when you test the game??????
The texture is being converted to that exact same texture as you see on Chris screenshot.... Never thought about that.. haven't you?

Yah, and you're getting told off by two that's older than you... Eh?
And it's true that FPSC is coded in DBPro, what the heck does that have to do with things?
And you can create your own models and media, but apparently, ChrisB hasn't done that...
By the way. Don't post your age in here, it's against the rules, little boy.

really its against the rules?? k... and its different if your told off by someone younger than you than if your told off by someone older than you..... cuz it usually works out like that.... and the nerd, i just tested out that structurale thing and it doesnt look like chris's screenie at all. soooo....... now that its clarified.... lets drop it and actually say something nice about his work.. u guys were right

Like what? Okay. It looks good, Chris. But it's in the wrong forum.
And Zero-dude. You were telling The Nerd off, but it turned out that you were wrong.
You HAVE to admit that this has nothing to do with programming.
For John's sake, this is a drag and drop game! He hasn't even scripted some genious AI, no, because it's a multiplayer game! And by the way... Why would a multiplayer game have a storyline?
[EDIT]
And there must be something wrong with your computer since you say that structurale is not the same thing as the one Chris's using. They look rather similar in my oppinion...

But this is only the demo. I'm editing the textures for all the FPSC
stock models and whatnot, so...

And the the if your computer specs are good enough, I'm going to relese a MP map that has terrain. I figured it out! (I think)

@The Nerd: I see only 5 FPSC games in the showcase... the rest were never made.

If I really dig, I bet I can find a c++ game in here, you guys mostly don't ask what LANGUAGE it was made in, just that it has screenies and a demo

This board isn't Just for DBP DBC games, its for anything thats a work in progress, and as long as its original you shouldn;t get flamed, but if you came in with a RPG maker 2000 game then, it don't go, drag and drop isn't exactly welcome in these parts of the forum, which is why they made seperate WIP board for FPSC games, which is where they should go really.

this wip board is mainly for programmed stuff, as the website is the game creators, not the 'Dark Basic users site' so other languages can come in, like the 3D chat isn't biased to only 3D canvas and the others on the website.

People would hate it if someone posted a Blitz basic game in here, but IMO it would and should be allowed.

Leave the FPSC stuff for the FPSC, I know you can't delete the thread of what ever, but you could ask a mod to lock it and redo the thread on the FPSC showcase section

Just a heads up... Blitz games simply won't be allowed here - this site is for TGC products, Blitz has it's own site, communities, forums, and showcases - I'm surprised a blitzer would even want to showcase their stuff here.

The main factor is that Blitz is a competing product with DBPro, so it's bad for business to showcase your main competitor, regardless of how the project looks or plays. FPSC and DarkSDK users can post work here without any problems. It is worth saying as well though, that the best place for FPSC stuff is the FPSC sections, not here, because all the FPSC'rs tend to stick to that section and they'd have the most useful comments.
