Hey everyone,

I am quite new to fpsc, and i have v1. i want to make my games more
unique. all i can do at the moment is edit the tga files (dds to tga converter),
but now i want to edit the existing models that came with fpsc. I recently downloaded ppModeler, but all they do is 3ds ,3do,raw,vrml 1.0 and so on.
it will not let me import the .x files into it, so is there any way i can make the .x files a 3ds file before i import it? because ppModeller will let me export it as a .x, but not import them.

Milkshape 3d modeler is cheap and very nice. It has lots of professional features and export options needed for fpsc.

i want something that is free. all of these model editors i get, there all really confusing! can anyone make a tutorial for me?

Hmmm... I don't think Autodesk are doing Gmax anymore - well not as a stand alone product.

They still have GMax, any way, search for anim8or, very good, and free.

I ALWAYS have flame proof jacket...just in case...and a shotgun. If you want any, just ask!
