Yeah, I just got a PM. My editor that I am using is horrid, and that dumb kitty keeps annoying me with when will there be ingame screens, so I felt I had to put something up. It was not a joke, I am making the game and everything, I just am going to get the better editor for it.

Look, I just downloaded scene editor. It looks nice, but I think I may make another level editor. The editing is the big thing for me, since it is not really going great. If you would just shut it, I could continue work. I do not care what you have done, I just want to make this game and get on with it. So stop being a jerk like you have always been. When I was new to the forums, you drove me away for two month when you insulted my game, so stop it.

What are you talking about? I am simply asking you to admit that you did make a screenshot mockup and lied to everyone saying it was in DBP.

Quit being such a sissy!

Lets see megaton, when I was new to darkbasic pro and I was new to forums, I posted stuff, and you flamed. You made me angry and I felt that I was no good. You kept saying: "Where's the ingame screens?", and flamed about it. I am sick of it. Nobody flames at the game Pirates of Port Royale for only showing some level screens at first in Prirates...well idk. You are a jerk towards me, and I am really tired of it. I am having problems with the lightmapper that stinks in cshop, the editors are not going as planned, and I do not have to have you add onto it. Good day pussy cat!

And yes, I did give anime a little taste into the game with the video. Thanks anime.

I would love it if you made some huds for the game. I saw your work on them for PoPR, and WOW! is what I said. So, my GoogleTalk is disabled for some reason, and I checked if someone locked a port on it, but that was fine, and it says it is trying to reconnect all the time, but it does not.

The video is incomplete. I have only shown anime parts of it. Just little fragments. I need to upgrade lots of my software before major dev happens. JoshK's eninge is coming soon, and I will probably be using that for some work.

So? I don't mind that its incomplete. Come on, it'll prove that you have actually done some work on the engine and will shut megaton cat up.

Okay, I will have to upload the files. I attached the file to my message for anime, so it is not yet uploaded. I'll do that to shut that cat up. Benjamin: You made multisync for multiplayer in dbp, right?

Just, uh, make sure you call 'Net New Player()' at some point in your loop, even though it's supposedly just a statistic function.

Believe me, it doesn't work without; ask Benjamin if you don't believe me

I believe you. Thanks. I will get some pics of the GUI interface for the level editor, then I will release the editor to the public. All it will do is place things around and give them names, and it will load prefabs and stuff. I may not use the editor since 3dws lets you load the entities straight to dbpro. Unless...

Okay, I may not release a demo as soon as I thought, but I am going to need some help with the game. Anime is already doing the HUD system, and I am probably going to need people for reanimations of the models I am using, and I already have some soundtracks.

Okay, I will have to upgrade to 3dws then the game engine for some major breakthroughs in the game. So far, I can show you some graphics, and I will have some more code from the game. CShop has horrid lighting, so I have to get the upgrade. I have geoscape3d demo, and I can do everything with it, even save heightmaps with no problems, so I will post some stuff from there too.

I am going to need help with multiplayer and graphics. Please if anyone would like to join up, please post here.

Okay, so. I have started to think, how about online? I am going to make it so the game has the introductory first-person solo missions, and it continues to a story bassed online multiplayer third person game. Then I was going to add in clan support, messaging, FTP, screens, and more. The game is going great right now. I just have to wait for 3dws to be final for big work.

The kitty is no where in sight! So, here is my update. I am currently making a site that will host all the avalible updates, screens, and information on the game. I have some concept work done. My scanner is being fixed, so I just had to take a pic of the work:

It came out kindof bad when I took the picture of it, but you get the basic look of it. This is one of the enemies in the game. New title for the game: Time Wraith. It is from someone's name on another forum.

Changing the game around a bit. I am making the multiplayer part of a sequal to the game, so I am going to hold off on the MMO part of the game, and just have an 8 player death match mode on the game here. Sounds good? Also, would attaching the gun as a limb to the player work in the game, or would it mess stuff up?

Believe me, I have horrid connection. We are using dial up right now since the dsl is not working. So, as I said, video=SATURDAY. Also, I am really redoing a lot, so I cannot promise you much until 3dws is completely finished, then the game should be rocking in a moth to three months from that point. After that, I will be continuing work with the multiplayer. I will then create chat rooms, and a site for support with forums, use

Sure, I will get you some screens of the enemies. I'll get you about three screens, and from there just tell me which one you like best and what has the best lighting. I am really trying to get good lighting for the game.

"I will do this, I will do that. Blah blah."

I am not trying to be rude or start some kind of hate-fest here, but this thread has gone on for 136 Messages and I didn't see a single in-game screenshot despite every single post you made saying "Sure I'll get it uploaded in a sec".

Here's an idea: Get a batch of screens uploaded FIRST, then post. Seems better then doing it the other way around.

I hope you understand, I'm just trying to help, but this has gone on enough.

Today. Look, can everyone do me a favor:

I am updating all of the software I have right now. I am getting 3dws, and I am trying to program more of the engine. I am having some difficulties, but please do NOT post in the topic until I rebump it up with a demo level of the in-game play. This will allow me to focus more on the programming, not the comments. I will rebump this up in a few weeks with a demo, new screens, and media. Okay?

Yeah, lock it until I get a demo. I am doing a lot of level desing with the game Vatan (www.fysoftware.com) right now, so I am going to have to put this off to the side for a few weeks.

Thanks for the comments, and I will have a demo next.

I know Gil, isn't it amazing. Thanks for the comments guys. Westy: I have decided that people would much rather see a demo than just a video, and I am going to focus on the demo first. I want to show that the game will have lots of freedom and that you can roam around in a non-linear way to achive the same goals. Now everyone, I will bump this back up when the time comes. For now, you can comment on it and I will inform you on what is finished and what I will be needing help with.

Thanks for the comments guys. I have 3dws now, so the level editing will be going much faster. I also have the level editor done, and the RPG type stuff will be put in. The game will allow you to throw stuff, scream at enemies to scare them. I have a fuzzy logic system implemented right now too, and I think I will make the game open source.
