How do you make a script that when you walk into a trigger zone something falls?

Let's start by assuming you want a crate to fall.

- Place a crate entity on your map. Get it from the scifi entities folder. the crateA entity is good. When you place it, use PgUp to lift it off the ground.

- Make sure it is set as (dynamic)in its properties box. Also, under the respawn heading, set Spawn At Start? to "No"

- Add a Trigger Zone to your map at the position you want the player to trigger the fall.

- Here is the important part. Not sure if it's a bug or designed to work like this, but your falling crate must be within the trigger zone. Hold your LMB and move your mouse around to size the trigger zone. You may also extend the zone up and down levels by using the "+" and "-" keys.

- You may also set the crate to "Explodable" and give it a strength of two to five. It blows up real good!

sust simply put the object in the air and put to be spawned from start off.
the create an trigger zone with desired size and use the player in zone fpi that activates any objects with in the trigger zone if the player enters it.
but dont forget that the object to be activated must also be in that zone.
hope it helps.
