DarkBASIC Professional Discussion / DBP commands that are auto/defaulted in DB?

I think I saw somewhere that unlike Dark Basic, in Pro
I have to put in afew lines of code setting the programs
Resolution and things like that before any thing will run.

(Run is read: The editor won't crash giving me a huge error
message that causes me to scream loudly.)

Is this correct? and if so what do I have to tell it?

(If this is gibberish then just say so.)

What you can do (if you want to) is set the display type and resolution that the program starts at. DB automatically starts at 640x480 and you then have to change it. Of course you can also do it that way in DBPro too.
