Could I create a dll from this source http://q12.org/ode/ode.html

and load it into DBpro, and use the commands from it in a game????

If you can create the DLL, then yes DBPro should be able to access the functions within it. Having had a quick look at the docs none of the functions seem to require anything out of the ordinary, so I think it could work.
