Anyway..I am using the dog and I have it doing all kinds of tricks now. Running, barking, biting, doing mucho damage. Even changed the texture so it looks like a RES EVIL dog. Nasty as heck teeth. ARRG. SNAP.

BTW - If anyone wants the RES EVIL texture e-mail me and I will send it to you.

yes he does, he has his reputation to gain back from the last thing he "borrowed"...


and, if you want to get really technical...psionics website never really says you can use them in your game...

sure its in the free section, but that only implies that those specific models are free...

he never really says that you can use, change or even download them...so you cant take everything like that...

hmm. I just read everything in this topic. When i saw the dog, i tought it looked familiar. When i saw the post with the Psionic reference i remembered. This, Monster, i think it's bad. I know this is from Psionic and they dont require any credits, but, anyone that does this should say this is entirely made by Psionic except the FPE file (which is not hard in any way). I would say it's from Psionic.

It's strange. Do you know why? Because Monster's FPSC Add-ons are from stolen things and idea, etc. and the Monster's DBpro Plugins are really great with no stolen material. Monster is a double face

well that's cause he takes them. besides, he should at least have said "I took tgis model, converted it make it FPSC compatible". thats the least he could have done. Only monstr knows if he had his best interests at heart, and he should tell the truth. if he didn't have his best interests, he should contact psionic and tell him ythe truth. I, for one, do not want to buy any models if they are "borrowed" or stolen, or anything.

I think monster found the dog, posted it and probably forgot to put a note: its psionic work.
If everybody blames and screams for everything here, there will be a change. Nobody would like to contribute at all.

If someone liked the monster contribution, and need to use it for a commercial project, AND knows honestly that it is a third party work, then contact the third and make a deal. So, contact psionic and say: Let's make a deal. Easy.

Please stop destroying the fun of the community.

Can somebody please start moderating these forums.

This was a pointless, off-topic debate that poisoned a legitimate post. If monster had done something wrong, or not, there are better ways of handling it than this bitter diatribe.

This was the sort of thing that plagued the old General forum, which were tidied up, why not here?

What's enough is enough.

Even if it was in a odd way, he did understand that credit should be given to whoever deserves it.

In this case, he used materials from another site. Yes, free, yes, whatever legal matters Conjured expressed and whatnot, but it was a resource and if he posted credits, he did the right thing.

Case closed.

In the case of the jetpack, I agree that Monster could have done things differently. Nevertheless, the case is not comparable, therefor you cannot ask him to behave in the same way. The grey area in the jetpack case is far wider than this one.

@Monster

As far as I'm concerned, I'm glad you gave credit to Psionic. You did the right thing.
