Is there a way to make a script to be able to spy on the enemy, but when you enter a trigger zone, is there a way to make the enemy suddenly know that you are a spy?

Like in Medal of Honor: Allied Assault.

I think it can be done...

he just wants to turn off attack until you enter a trigger zone right?

That can be done with the activateifused.
(on the triggerzone)
:plrwithinzone:activateifused=1

(on the enemy)
:state=0,activated=1:state=1
