How do I change the decal frame rate.

Can this be done? I made a few test decals and they work fine but I don't like the frame rate.

I can't find a setting for it anywhere.

Cant be done apparently at the moment - thats unless anyone has discovered how to do it - theres a lot of users and posts requesting this at the moment.

I am working with decals quite a lot so if I find a solution I will let everyone know.
