Well I'm not to good at doing decals, and I wondered (since theres no ather way to do weather effects) if someone could make me a snow decal.

I fell like a n00b for asking this !

I made a rain and snow decal and a snow segment awhile back dont know if you have ever seen them before but if you want to look there here, not the greatest but the best i could do with only 8 frames of animation.

I use Internet Explorer and it appears 'Failed to load the page'!

Zone Chicken didin't not made the decals. TGC made them. They already are in FPSC, he just made the FPE.

I downloaded it a while ago, when it was EA.
