I'm sure this has been addressed but I've spent the last few hours drudging though the google search with little luck.

I've got a decal that I need to be almost eye lvl and though my SS dose'nt show the actual lines the box in it is approximately where I'm seeing these flickers and it only seems to be one frame.

Is there a way to fix this or is someone aware of the thread that may address this problem?

See if the frame has a box around it.
