Rather then make a new thread for every problem, I'll make this my "master" problem thread...

Oke, the first.. this is about adding weapons into the game (HUD specificly):

To make my Sten gun appear when I pick it up, I copied the Thompson HUD file and basicly put my sten in the exact same spot. When I pickup the Sten in game, I don't see the weapon, but I can shoot.

Here is the model in Milkshape... it is at the exact same location as the Thompson.

I got the vweap working just fine:

I did the same thing with the MP40 model... still can't see it when I pick it up.

I figured out I was not exporting correctly (needed to export it as skin & bones).

My next step would be animating it. Can someone give me a quick tutorial on what I need to do, as I would really apreciate it.

I took a look at some current model animations, and looked at a few tutorials... I pretty much understand how it works. I'm going to try and do an idle animation for my Sten in a bit.

I decided that animating myself from scratch just wasn't going to work right now, so what I did was I took the MP44 model (with animation), and pretty much put the Sten in place of the MP44.

When I try and export the model into .x in milkshape, and I test my game, there is an error... anyone know the correct settings to export the .x?
