Good topic, I'm very interested in using Gmax with DBP. I did find a website at:
http://richdiesal.jedioutcastmaps.com/tutorials/vol_cm.html
Its about using Tempest GPACK and MilkShape to create a MD3.

But is there any way to create something with this tool to export something usable ie. model/texture/animation and all?.

You can export to .3ds then download Deep Exploration (best exporter and viewer) and then export to .x . That's all

It doesn't have export to 3DS, it had export to P3D, which may be something useful I'm not sure. Exporting it like that, will it keep textures and animation?

This has been covered before (my horse for a search function!) GMax is next to useless with DBPro, the only format your likely to get out of GMax is MD3, but this is extremely buggy in DBPro's current state. Best stick to .x using another modeler as DBPro has had a major overhaul regarding .x and .DBO formats. Other formats will be debugged later.

Couldn't you use MilkShape to convert it?

yes, but why not use Milkshape for the modeling?

Well, you can.. But the interface for GMAX is actually much nicer. Being able to easly manipulate things in prospective view. There are more primitives. Like the ever useful TeaPot. If you've used 3D Studio before, which I imagine quite a few people have, then it's a much easier transition.
