I got the confirmation of my order for the DBPro upgrade last Sunday night. I still haven't received an email confirming that the order has actually been shipped... should I expect one?

If I have ordered the DBPro upgrade (from DBLite), does that disqualify me from ordering DBv1 upgrades (from DBLite)?

At this moment in time - no. The email you get lets you know the order has gone through successfully. We don't send out "shipping" emails _yet_, but will do shortly.

Okay, that's answers the question about "shipping" emails.

How about the other question (dual upgrades)?

And two more: has my DBPro order been shipped yet? Where can I get a tracking number?
