That was pretty funny. Though it was pathetic. To see how many men wanted to have "fun" with little kids.

I have "fun" with little kids too.

All the fun in the world. Just me and a rusty crowbar.

Yes, it was a warning to anyone who planned on degrading the topic and getting banned. It's already a subject close to the mark, bearing in mind that minors read the forum.

thats what i had in mind when i posted.

Kids! watch out for internet predators, and no matter how cool they are (even if they are as cool as me) dont go visit them and surely dont allow them to visit you. or if you do, have reliable adult supervision.

It is rather disturbing that these people who we are meant to trust and who are in a position of power are capable of such sickening behaviour. I dont find anything about this funny because it reminds me how evil, people can be. And I only hope they are dealt with accordingly.

People should be aware of these things like that.

A sex offender moved onto my friends street and they got the notice and everything. It was actually a lot of fun talking about it, they called him "Chester the Molester".

As hilarious as it is, that's probably the only crime(rape/molestation) that I would have no trouble doing some things that would scare the hell out of me(to the offender), watching myself do them...(nothing sadistic, for those of you who have naughty minds)

I've heard about PervertedJustice's programs here and there. I think it's great that people's interest is being used to catch and expose predators via news programs. Kind of the opposite social effect of reality shows - not about sexual predators, that is, but the effect on everyone involved in general.

I think this is quite funny - but the line is difficult to draw. If they KNOW that the person is under the legal age then of course they are stupid and probably mentally damaged for trying to take it further.

However a guy at my school met a girl in an over 18s club and slept with her then got in trouble because she was actually 15. Bear in mind that she looked mature enough to get into the over 18s club anyway, and as obviously used to lieing about her age. That situation really worried me as I went to that same club and occasionallly met girlfriends there. I always assumed their policy for over 18s only was quite striuct as my friends and I were always asked for id etc. Personally I thought it was sick that HE could get in trouble for that, he had no idea, and there were a lot of rumours flying around about him being a peadophile. Correct me if I'm wrong but Paedophilia is about havin certain feelings for children, not mistalking a mature teenageer for a child

In this case its a cut and dry case though - these people were obviosuly looking to do something illegal/imoral and can't really blame anyone but themselves for being so nieve/stupid!

I'd be interested to know if they actually got in any legal trouble for this though, as surely it would count as "entrapment" - which is in itself illegal and not allowed to be used as evidence in court?

Even if they do get in legal trouble they're capital eff ewe see tee. Rabbi resigned, teacher was fired, probably the same with others, and they were all on TV. A little conspicuous.

This should be a lesson to people about the internet. You can't fully trust online dating things. Here's a good story: My friend told me about this. He's in Spanish I and there's this senior who only shows up every couple of days for some reason. One day he comes in looking red and flustered and sulky, and sits down and doesn't say a word. The teacher is pretty friendly with him and tries to ask what's wrong, but all of the sudden this kid's friend bursts through the door laughing hysterically and spilling all the beans. This kid had met an absolute babe on MySpace who went to a nearby high school and set up a date. Wasn't so hot as she looked on line (googled for supermodel pictures). Obese with facial hair.

lol yeah I mean these guys being shown on tv is enough to screw them for life really, and they can't really blame the tv company over their own concience can they? lol

And yeah online dating / chatrooms etc sucks - no one is who they appear to be, simply cos when you are bored its more fun to mess with people than it is to be honest lol

Well, the police regularly set up under-cover "crack stores" to lure in potential customers, then arrest them.

Yes but using "sex/promise of" is illegal called "entrapment" for example getting a hot looking police woman to pretend to want a relationship with a criminal and then get him to trust her / tell her "secrets" about his crimes etc is illegal. Effective - but illegal

lol um lets not go there Surely in that case they should also arrest the cops for selling the coke too, and give them a longer sentence for being dealers

I thought being on camera was enough because they get a clear shot of your mug and to boot they tell everybody your name and where you are coming from. but a rabbi? a lawyer a teacher? god damn i mean come on!

oh wait did anyone see the one where the reporter told the guy he was free to go and there were like 40 cops outside? rofl! that was freakin hilarious because he thought he narrowly escaped and it was out of the frying pan and into the fire. he looked like he was ready to cry

Has anyone seen "Euro Trip"? A guy on that talks to someone online as a school language project, thiking its a guy called "Mike" turns out that "Mike" is a German Girl's name and she's super hot, but he doesn't realsie. She falls in love with him and tells him so, but he thinks she's a guy, with "hilarious" consequences. I hate that type of film, but for some reason that particular one amused me more than it should have

Because of the Brother and the Sister Makeout scene? Saw that one in theaters, and I must say, it got bland after the first movie of the type. Really Bland.

A little aside here, when I was 16 and worked at the movie theatre, I was dumb enough to start chatting with this girl who was 15 and called SweetPeach. She also went under the name 2hotties when she was with her friend. Turns out they were from the city next to mine, which was a huge coincidence.

Of course, being 16 and single (and dumb), I told her that I worked at the theatre, and told her which one and what movie I was going to be ripping tickets for.

In hindsight, this was incredibly stupid and absent of all intelligence and logic. But really, can't blame me really, you all know what it's like at that age

Well to make a long story short, I was waiting there, half-expecting the worst, and ready to completely deny being myself if they turned out to be hideous. But let me tell you, they really were up there with the most gorgeous looking girls I've seen. Seriously, they were smoking. We ended up going on double-dates with my buddy and kept in touch for a few years.

There's no moral to this story, but sometimes real life does emulate Hollywood
