This isn't really a language specific question so If anyone could give me a language inspecific awnser It would be much appreciated.

I understand how to use pivots to make roll dependant on pitch or vice-verse. But how do I make both dependent on eachother for true 3D movement. (ex. Like you would see in a 360 flight sim)

Sorry, but this answer is going to be language dependent. The turn object, pitch object, and roll object commands do this automatically for you. If you like, I can give you an engine for this (Descent style).
