I know the question is answered in the FAQ, but, the post date was dec 2004 and well, my question is,

Does Dark Game SDK support the DevC++ beta yet?

No free C++ compilers are supported by the DGSDK as far as I know.

As far as I'm aware, Irrlicht is a graphics engine. It does not support sound, networking, etc. So for game development, you'll need other SDKs for the rest of your needs.

I'm pretty sure I know everything. Doubts are something rare in me and I am never wrong, as this signature can prove.

I guess so, just haven't been able to find anything but Irrlicht at the moment.

I'll look for alternatives. I'll post something on the programming section asking about DevC++ compatible SDK's

thanks

the only thing you'll be able to 'try' with the demo version is the scripting code... you'll need the engine code to compile any changes to the engine in c++, and that only comes with the license...

... at least the last time i looked this was the case.
