That's cool

Here's a link to some 3d models of doom enemies & weapons plus some tools for manipulating them. You might have to jump through some hoops to get them into FPSC though I think they are all md2 models. You'll have to bone and animate them.

Cool find, Lon! I'm bookmarking that page , Might come in useful sometime ...

Infact, Lon, You've just gave me a very VERY good idea for a game!

But before I start, I need serious help! Lol, How do you actually view the jdoom models? (starting a thread about this now)

I actually have these and considered using them - with milkshape, it shouldn't be hard. I plan to get an imp in soon

Level 1 is being redone. Looks way better now! What do you guys think of the menus? I'm going to make it so at the end it doesn't auto-leave. Instead you just press escape. That should be easy.

Imp
-----------------------
Fully Rigged & Animated
-----------------------

I have yet to get it in FPSC yet, though.

EDIT:
It's not perfect with EACH animation, but it seems okay for what it is needed to do. I don't think I'll be porting the weapons over, though - no reload animations and such. The FPSC weapons seem to do fine.

Oh, sorry to post so many times but....

I DON'T THINK THIS IMP LIKES ME! (Screen attached)

I got him to throw fireballs! Ya! It's further to the side than I wanted it in the screen - but it's so cool!

Um..what format? I use milkshape, so I should be able to. It supports alot of stuff. Just e-mail them to me and I'll see if I can do it. If not with milkshape, I have deep exploration (I found it doesn't *seem* to export animation FROM .x, but maybe to .x).

EDIT: Oh, lightmapping will be in it once I finish the other level. It probally won't have a BFG, as I doubt I'll even find a plasma gun. As it was I wasn't going to have real imps, just zombies with gernades. It will, however, include these weapons:
*Pistol (In Demo)
*Shotgun (Mossberg)
*Supershotgun (That scifi shotgun)
*Chaingun (Well, the chaingun)
*RocketLauncher(LAW)

The supershotgun is a maybe, but it would only contain like 1-2 shots like the one in doom. It would be very powerful though.

Yes I got that now, how do you texture the model?

[ EDIT ] Oh yeah, Conner94, on the jDoom site in the resources, you can download the weapons from doom it would be pretty cool to see the guns from there in your game ...

IT should already be textured if the skin is in the right directory.

Also, Before I wasn't going to use those models (lack of good animation) but I've used the demo of fragmotion to export a ton of guns to use there animation so I might. We'll see.

The music is from Doom Depot, which says it is from doomworld. I had to download an audio converter to get it to work in FPSC.

EDIT:
Updated first post. I may not finish the second level, or at least not anytime soon, because I am working mainly on Hostile Environment and WWII: Assualt Force.

Oh don't worry about it Conner94, I've got a new project in development now called Nuclear Terrorism, Sorry there is no screenshots and stuff related to show the game and whatever, however there is a storyline that some people found interesting for you to checkout, but I promise there will be soon as soon as I get these certain models of guns off people and put them into FPSC, then make the levels, then screenshots will be available for you to view along with the game yet to come , please comment on it and tell me what you think of the storyline though .

Conner, in your "Victory Does Not Come Easy" trailer, at the end- you spelled the name of your game wrong. You spelled it Hostile Environmet. Just thought you should know!

Good game, the first level was very well made and didn't lag at all. However, at the second level, the framerate was very, very low and it broke the gameplay. Well made enemies from Doom, but at the end of the second level the imps and other enemies don't shoot you and stand still for ages.
