I was programming something in dbpro. Suddenly it crashed for some reason, but thats not the point.
A week later, i needed some free space. And i know that the windows temp folder is a good place to start deleting files.
Then i found a folder (in the temp folder) called "dbpdata"... It contained ALL the media from the project wich crashed, along with all the dbpro core dll files (core.dll, dbproinputdebug.dll, and many more). There were also a "debug.txt", an icon and a "_virtual.dat" containing all the dbpro error messages...

Now i can just simulate a crash by pressing Ctrl-alt-delete to get the media inside a dbpro exe program.

How come is everything uncompressed into the temp folder?
Is this gonna be fixed in any future patches?
I find this annoying, what do think?

This is widely known. This is how DB accesses your attached media.

If you are concerned about media theft you can encrypt it.
Or you can use RGT's zip tools and password protect the zip.
