I made a model and animated it in milkshape with a motion captured bvh file, by joining the bones and vertexes together. I exported it out as a x file but the gfx are all corrupt(This isnt my main problem) I then loaded the model into DBPro but the playback isnt at full speed, its like its playing in slow advance mode. Any reasons this might happen?? I also loaded it into Deep Exploration and the playback was fine, model still broken though

Make sure to export using the JT DirectX and set the ANIMATION TIME FACTOR to 1. The higher that number is, the slower the animation takes to complete. Not sure, but I think it's in seconds.

Yeah, using the JT exporter works when setting it to 1, it was defaulted at 210. Unfortunately that exporter destroys the model.

how does it destroy the model? you mean it pulls the model at the seems when it is animated. In other words, the skin doesn't stretch? If so, let me know. I know the easy solution to that in Milkshape.

Exactly, the model becomes disjointed
