here is a new concept for spell effects i have been working
on.

using a cylinder and a triangle gradient with a scroll texture command has yielded a new work in progress effect.

Indi! You're the masked genious behind that good looking game ? Looks great, btw, I'm looking into make .X levels in Maya and converting them to BSP with the compiler in DBPro's package. But the darn thing gives me all sorts of errors, even when I tried to "box it up" to make it have no leaks. Oh well, back to the drawing board.

Superb job with the effects, it would also be nice to see the particle effects wrapping around and twisting ever up around that cylinder shape too ... Just shelling ideas Have no clue how to do it! How typically me...

Keep up the inspiring work!

P.S. This is what the alphabet would look like if Q and R were eliminated.

thanks mate i think some minor fire particles is the go but I havent perfected that yet.

its sometimes overkill but ill try somemore things.

try quarke or valve or cartography shop if u want to explore another BSP option

Export a simple room for tests in maya and progressively add simple shapes.
