Is it possible to embed an image file in an executable such that the user could execute the program and the program would save the image from itself onto the user's machine as a file?

I would like Mike to add functions to get images, sounds etc from within the executable itself, but the nearest you can get at the moment is example code I did somewhere that creates a bitmap from a reosurce.
