Just to let you know, you might want to check with Unkown Worlds Etnertainment about the use of the name as or youll need to change the name as Natural Selection is copyrighted to Unknown Worlds Entertainment (The creator's of Natural Selection from the HL1 and now HL2 engine's.)

Other than that, your screenshot's don't really show anything of intrest other than really pre-packed and seen before material's. Perhaps try your hand at creating some custom content?

Names are not copyrightable. They may have a trademark, but that can be overcome.

You could name your game Quake. But if the content is too similar than you have a problem.

Why do you think there are so many movies named the same? They have different plots, but the same name.

@Tal: All of the stuff is FPS core material. Im crap at modeling and scripting. I have started work on NS2 which english cannot describe how much better it is than the first one. But I keep getting stuck at the darn "Waiting to Connect" error.

corect titles are not copywritable, just the media under that title are though it's funny you can copywrite or trademark a saying. take the guy who says let's get ready ti rumble everytime he says that he makes more than what I may see in a life time.
