fps-files.net has a water segment. Though you can't swim in it, it makes a cool splashy sound when you step on it and it looks very real.

There are all kinds of issues relating to not being able to have realistic water inside FPSC at the moment.

Hopefully some of those isuues or features at least which would help on the road to providing realistic liquids inside FPSC will find there way into future versions of FPSC in support of a product which in many other ways is capable of giving the user near professional/commercial quality. Its the obviouly poor features of FPSC whch let it down badly.

Maybe you can make a segment with the model so flat you can fall through it, and under the segment it would be all blue.. Might happen..

well slowly floating wouldnt work as much

cause either way youd come down

and the fpsc fall is really slow as it is...

so i would trigger zone all underwater... for higher jump even tho i have no idea how to do that

This sounds like a great idea and I fully support it. I'll put your triggerzone jump to use as soon as I can get back to the level editing
part of our game.

I will build your game levels for food...

it took me 2 minutes to think of it.
so it aint that complicated to me.

its just frustrating since the transperant color wont be transperant anymore and the water placing is very much testing and deleting.

How about takeing a pic of water and turning it into a floor segment using one of the various apps available? Some of them even give it a water-type sound if you want.
I made something screwing around like that where you jump into about waist high water.
