it's photoshop with a style applied to the lettering... I will try and post a link to the style (which is free) to download... (thanks for the kind words guys, hopefully the gameplay will live up to the first screen!)

finally, this is where you get your mission at the 4thman office... (this character may change to my original model soon... ) I definitely want to get in and change the texture on the fireplace and ditch the "Reich Eagle..."

Cool, someone using my script in a game.

What's up with the quote from Ephesians? Normally I don't really comment on games like these, but the quote got my attention.....

heh, heh, the entire series is like the "Poltergeist the Legacy" series where agents go out and fight the occult (from a Christian point of view). Even the title "The Fourthman Group" comes from the book of Daniel...(the Fourthman in the Fire)

here's Benjamin A's script with my mods to it, this one works the book (I haven't deleted the extra stuff, just commented it out):

for the images, what makes the guy talking work is the TGA with the alpha included (see the attachment)...

Pure Evil, that's the magic of the much maligned shaders... you need two files to make it work; 1. the texture which needs a file name like "runetemple_D" and 2. the illumination texture which needs a file name like "runetemple_I" (it is the looks like the first only the "runes" are pure white for the light and the rest of it is black)/

Built the basic room using Signs2, turned on shaders when I tested the game and voila, you got illumination.

here's a brightened up and cropped view...

2Pe 2:4 For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment;

it is one of the fallen ones...

OOPS! looks like the game poops out after level 2 even though there's all sorts of megabytes still out there... don't download phoenix rising just yet (as he wipes the egg off his face and spits out the half baked piece of crow in his sandwich...)

rebuilding now, and will upload something later, probably 4 levels instead of 12 (also filefront is pooped out for maintenance)

something slightly buggy in the build function... dunno

this is weird, but if you look inside the installed folder there will be another folder that says "phoenix", inside is a whole game (almost) you should have about 6 or so levels that are playable then it hits the dreaded "Runtime error..."
