SWDave already mentioned the method,

Download this registry file:

http://www.pcgemu.i12.com/downloads/DBPReset.reg

Whenever DBP asks for the CD when trying to compile, click OK to accept the error message. Double click this file to run it and click OK to correct the registry.

Then you may carry on compiling without having to insert the CD.
