Funny how Surrey shows up in region where I live, but Vancouver doesn't unless you zoom in. Vancouver is several times larger than Surrey

I've drive through there!

I found it rather amusing - Surrey is a rather dull area of Britain.

Yeah, but this version, while not made in DBC, is a little more functional. I beseech all forum dwellers to add themselves.

Would it be possible to make the map default to a wider view, including the entire world? It would be interesting to see the distribution without having to zoom out all the time.

(I was honestly expecting some childish remark from the web app when I clicked "Not in the US?" )

god that convict thing is lame, some of us moved here on our own accord, some of us didnt. It seriously isnt funny. As an american you would be kicking and screaming If i laid into you.

Example:
How do you think america got its population.?

1918 in new york there were millions of irish and germans, most of who were the downtrodden and streetsmart gutter trash of europe, as well as people who decided to move there on their own accord, so no I dont find it funny, I do look at your ignorance fueling your attempt at "humour".

You come from a country with a history of slavery and human rights abuses.
There is no joke or insult there just plain facts.

I wont make jokes about that genitalia on your forehead or your mothers army boot size let alone your crappy countries efforts to be the cops of the world.

this kind of idea has been done before with vans attempt and I think that his has more effort and style then this attempt.

check out your own back yard mate, its full of poo, looks like you stepped in it lots as well. read a book about history instead of fueling ignorance.

steps off soapbox.

But you'll openly refer to it.. hmmm....

However, I have to agree with indi, while racism can be funny if taken with an open mind, it can offend a lot of people, and when you're a continual target of racism, it becomes personal, even the slightest joke.

thats really profound,not..

american trade embargos against dictators really helps the "people".
Inserting your own "Democracy" into other countries is appauling.
we know why certain countries are "liberated". my ass ! its all greed for resources that everyone owns on this planet.
you did it to us with the uranium and wool industries, let alone all the other countries.

Ignorance makes me vommit chunks

If Iraq wanted it sure, they didnt ask did they.?
Liberated into what? democracy by american standards?
Im not defending Saddam or the way he treated his people, oisting was good but the way it was handled wasnt.

Yeah a whole muslim country eating bacon and eggs while watching the simpsons before ramadan football XXIIIIII

Honey, Im just stepping outside to mow my sand, while im out there ill chug a brewski, oh wait, muslims frown on things like alchohol and drugs. let alone so many aspects of the american lifestyle. hey honey im going to take the kids down to the park in my 1950 chevy, it will be a blast!. put on the tv honey, another american sitcom in arabic is about to start, that will distract me enough to forget what my intention of my life is.

Changing the whole structure into something democratic, is just another way of setting up a country to be another consumer for the american engine.

Removing Saddam sure was a good move, the way it was done without U.N and the worlds consent only shows a lack of respect for the rest of us.

Did the U.N. say it was ok? no, Lets see now, your countries leaders took it on themselves to go in, dragging its allies with it.

We all know why the yanks went in, control of a limited substance the whole world currently relies on. Everyone has an equal right to the resources on this planet. taking it by force isnt the way either. controlling technology to make more money from this substance is pure greed as well.

American standards are not the benchmark for all of us, not every country is going to bow down to the ideals on one nation, let alone forget its own ideals, agendas and history.

If you dont like what I have to say, turn the cable tv back on and forget this thread.
If you dont like what I have to say, and you want to make a comment, go ahead.
My opinion is mine alone, I dont speak for you or anyone else, its as valid as the next persons.

Not every country beleives in the way of the american western society ideal, trying to convince them to change is like trying to mate a crocodile with a lemming, it just aint going to happen.

you can type as much info as you like, Im not convinced your society is the way everyone should follow.

The convict thing annoyed me, its the same when i start calling yanks, sepos.
Australians dont mind insulting each other with great rippers, call a spade a spade however and they get all iffy on you.

What about the money your government pours into Israel?, your countries leaders spend more on war and israel then your own people.!!!!?

You be carfeful with your countries leaders, there going to get you caught up in a whole lot of crap, oh wait tooo late. Id hate to be related to that whole debarkle they call the united states, I feel for some people their who actually give a damm.

Regardless this is way off track to the original statement, I dont have to educate you, but i want you to be aware this isnt "ameri-earth-ca". its earth where we all live, diverse and unique.

You dont have to agree with what people say, you cant dismiss it however because it doesnt meld into your way of thinking. As for being careful, I will consider it, but I may not agree or fall into line.

ent of rant, I must be cranky, dont mind me.

Indi... I think I am in love. I disapprove of the US (not its leader, as the CONGRESS had to approve it as well) and its actions after removing saddam. We should have helped protect the nation as it choosed its own path.
