I think we may have a composer. I have heard a really good demo track, and they are working on composing a battle sequence. They will be starting that in 2 weeks because they need to get their composer. While waiting, we are going to be coding like crazy. Ill probably be getting pro soon, and Ill be working on the battle system.

Thanks

Yeah, I'll do a battle sequence x-d
I'll try and do something fast, with different sounds...and a drum track would be cool.

Yes, we do have a long ways to go (and about half that is converting to pro!)

I sure do hope they like it We have been working like mad! BTW, the big building was my first attempt at a UV, the textures werent done by me, I just applied them. I think it turned out pretty good!

Cheers!

It's looking goood!!!!

Might I suggest for the town maybe a dirt or gravel ground, rather then the grass to give it more of a town look.
(Maybe you already have it and I just don't know.)

Keep up good work.

Thats a good idea. I plan to make this town quite homely. Small things like streetlamps and flower beds will make a world of difference
i think the kind of paving we would want was something like gravel. any thnx for ur opinion yellow

How about some trees to add to the village?

Small animals are always nice as well. Perhaps a little rabbit or two, maybe a chicken coup where the nice old lady lives, or an elite Quagaar warrior gunning down all the helpless- no, hang on, that's not right...

with the samurai model are you adding your own animations because ive mentioned before that the animations for the darkmatter models are terrible. you need to make a running animation so that you can actually make him move reasonably speedy without it looking silly. that way it wont take a year getting from one side of the map to the other... like in windwaker

Sorry but the water caught me off guard because it's so bright compared to the rest of the scene...i'm also a landscape painter and shouldn't the water reflect the sky....but it looks good ...really.

When we are converting our source code to pro i am sure the texture team will consider such things as reflections. As for now our technology does not allow for such a thing. We want to make this game as detailed as possible and extra little things such as water reflecting the sky or tree branches blowing in the wind both add to the overall ambience of a given scene not to mention make all the players happy

Yes that is a must. Since i am the cheif story writer for this game i have planned several of the dialog sequences to take place during the night. If what you are asking is whether night and day will occur automatically when the player is on the world map we dont know. I would like to have something like that. Am i right in thinking that Equilibrium had something similar
