I don't care if you belive me or not. I'm working with DB since 2000, made Darkland, Bamberman, other screensavers and games with it. I'm the darkbasic.de webmaster (yes that's the official page too) and now I finished the corresponding FPSC page. I work together with the current german publishers of TGC products. If you don't belive all that than it's up to you.

To all others, you're welcome to join and enhance the german community.

Before 2002 there was just a simple black forum, that had nothing to do with this page. Before that there was a beige one DB oldies will tell you that this is true. This is definitivly the original one. I had very much to do with all the german community stuff so I did not code something lately but I'm still here even if I'm not a mod. You cannot be mod on all pages but on some If you still don't believe me, send an email to lee@thegamecreators.com or wait until the next one or two newsletters.

Hubdule has been around for years, I remember.

also, when the new forum was created you had to re-register so lost the original joining date.

If my memory serves me well, Hubdule was the guy who created a DB Classic decompiler?

Virtual X, how do you remember back then?

Then again, I was around years before I joined. 2001, no posting for 3 years. It's odd, actually--before I joined, I never had the need to post, but when I did, suddenly I couldn't stop enquiring.

And VX is right, HubDule has been around for a long time and there's no reason to doubt him. Just because he might work with TGC, doesn't mean he's automatically a Mod. Raven works closly with TGC and isn't a mod, and I'm sure there are others.

But back on topic, the site (or what I can read of it) looks great and will surely be of great use to any German users of FPSC (and I know there are many).

I don't think it's a bad thing to have another FPSC site for German people. For example Battlefield has it own ''official'' Finnish site http://www.battlefield.fi I'm quite sure EA Games didn't make it or they didn't ask us Finnish Battlefield players to make it. So is it so bad thing if FPSC has one more ''official'' site?

Ah yes good old decompiler. That's true, I did one but never finished it.

Maybe you'll see some things that sit on my HD for some time this year. I'll first present it at this years 5th german Darkbasic Convention "Sync On"

I'll also show FPSC and the new community page there. We get new members every day on our page and it really seems to get very popular. Only thing that bugs me a bit is the shortage of FPSC boxed versions as the first production is sold out.

Curiously, how can you "accidentely" bump an old thread? I just don't get it! Do you go back a dozen pages, open a thread, forget it's a dozen pages back and post? Hm...

EDIT: Looking at it, this thread's bump isn't really that old. Compared to some bumps on the board, it's actually quite small. Anyone remember that "Super Bump" that Jimmy made with that forum glitch--the one about that Megaman guy saying he was going to sue TGC? That was hilarious! It was three years old!
