Can you have multiple gravity sources in DP, Such as a double Sun or a weapon like the gravity gun in Half Life II?

p.s. I hope it May 15th tomorrow

I'm sure there's some way to emulate that without having to create multiple gravity sources - probably calculate a vector towards the point you want to have a gravity emitter, and give it a velocity towards that point based on it's distance from the emitter and its strength.

Or something like that...

Programming is the art that fights back.

I would cry if I had to wait 2 months.

About 0 min. if tgc is nice

well,it'll be released apparently at 1:00am for me. But who cares,I've stayed up all night plenty o' times

LOL

Instead of a velocity make it an acceleration, and instead of just distance, lets make it "Distance squared", and lets call "strength", mass. And guess what, we have a gravity emmiter

Well, by strength, I was talking about the strength of the emitter, not the object. And, in half-life 2, the gravity gun would pull objects to the center of it's center and lock them there, immediately stopping all movement when they reached it, which acceleration would not accomplish, so I think that velocity is the correct term here. But yea, basically.

I could reaadily calculate how to move objects towards a singularity in DBP.

However wouldn't it be me fun to position a center of gravity (or multiple singularities) and have to objects react to thier influence?

dude,I'm going to work on an implosion effect. Right now I'm still trying to master the explosion effect though Of course,I got firing finished!! (its real basic but oh well,heres the code too!(its off of the bullet cloth example,but modified)

)

Woohoo. DP is finally released!
