I think you forgot to put up a picture. You should do so now before this gets locked.

I had a lot of lag because there are too many dynamic objects in the level that don't need to be. In the second room you have nearly 20 crates and barrels that could be static.

I think you have too much ammo and weapons available from the start.

Your enemy AI needs work. I never had to fight more than one enemy at a time, even when you had three in a room. Only the one fired upon fired back.

Level design was somewhat dull and empty. You may want to create smaller areas with more content and use some lighting, sounds to make it more interesting.

Needs work but I've seen much worse.

At least it's not too dark to see anything...
You might try adding something to it.I don't know what but it looks average...except for the retexture you used for the enemy.
You don't have to shoot the guy just because he's bald...lol.
Of course I am basing my opinion on one screenshot.Your WIP might look better/different than this.
If you post more screenshots we could get a better idea of how it looks and give you a better heads up on what we think.

not bad, looking alright. You could use a little lighting here and there, but overall its pretty good.
