I have just made a multiplayer game called Maze O' Boxes. It is a pretty decent size multiplayer map that can hold up to 8 players. Its in low quality so that the framerate is able to be steady. Here are some screenshots:

but i have a question:
i made a multiplayer game once but when it comes up it just sez new game and exit it hasnt got host or name?
do thoughs come up when someones on it?

the reason urs, WELCOME TO FPS creator, comes up with that is because (i think) you tried to edit the menu. It happened to me too (i had to reinstall the whole thing lol). I doubt it will happen with this.

nice, but usually when i make a multiplayer game i compile a singleplayer game to go along with it, just for kicks! Just saying that this game would be fun like unreal tournament offline

WOW ITS GYNORMIOUS!!!!!!! If anyone plays this game give him an A+++++++ for effort. The map is huge and detailed and the weapons are put in just the right places. Even the outside isn't a scycube but dirt mounds make from scratch. WOW! One sggestion its too big for 8 players I could wander for hours. So I know that it will hurt but shrink it. Keep the tavior though its great for rooftop sniping. Good job.

Im stuck on the "Waiting to Join..." screen. Do you have a firewall? If you do then open an Exeption by going to your firewall settings and make an Exeption to the port # "2303". Then try hosting the game again.

I have an instruction on how to do the firewall process in the "ReadMe" file that came with the game.

Yeah, but then you will have the same problem as me because your firewall will cut you out. You have to make the exeption. I am hosting right now.

Okay,I have to get going. Ill try to join, if it works, then AWESOME if it doesn't I will try and figure out the problem. If you want to try again sometime then email me at [email protected] and I will probably get time in to play the game again.

EDIT - Dang, it still goes to that screen. Oh well, I will try and figure out what the problem is. I think it has something to do with my router IP address. I think the joiner needs to put in the hostess' router IP if he/she has one, but Im not VERY sure on that. Ill just do some tests on it when I have the time.
